'AI Foundations' is for people of all backgrounds — small business owners, corporate professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, and mothers on maternity leave wondering how to re-enter a fast-moving world.
Do I need to be tech savvy?
Not at all. This is beginner-friendly, warm, and welcoming.
What do I need to bring?
An open mind. A laptop is optional for the in-person workshop.
What's included in the ticket?
The full 2-hour workshop, Q&A and of course, tea and coffee. Sadly no coffee provided if you are joining via Zoom but please do bring a cuppa!

So… you’ve built your foundations. You’ve experimented, asked questions, and seen what AI can do. Now it’s time to go further.
This 2-hour in-person workshop takes you beyond the basics and into the way advanced users are working with AI right now. You’ll learn how to build custom AI assistants, explore how you can use Agent Mode to run tasks end-to-end and understand how AI search is already rewriting the rules of visibility online.
If AI Foundations for a New Era is about building confidence, then my Advanced AI workshop is about fluency, learning to use AI with intention, capability, and the same mindset as the people who are already getting ahead.

My Advanced AI workshop is for people of all backgrounds who are confidently using AI at a foundation level but are now ready to go beyond the basics and start using AI as an advanced user.
Note: You don't need to have attended the AI Foundations workshop but you do need to know your way around AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT and have already covered the basics.
Do I need to be tech savvy?
Not at all. AI is for everyone.
What do I need to bring?
An open mind. You may wish to bring a laptop to follow along, but it's not required.

I’m Lois, founder of Work Smarter with AI. I help individuals and small business owners use AI to reclaim time, grow in confidence, and lead with impact.
