I’m Lois, founder of Work Smarter with AI. I help women use AI to reclaim time, grow in confidence, and lead with impact.
I believe women must take up space in the AI world. Not just because it’s the future, but because if we’re not part of shaping it, we risk being left behind.
AI is already influencing how we live, work, and connect. It’s essential that it reflects our voices, our values, and our needs. That’s why I teach AI in a way that’s practical, empowering, and inclusive.
In this workshop I’ll be sharing not just how to use AI tools, but why our representation matters in this new era. Responsibility and humanity must stay at the heart of technology — and I believe women are uniquely placed to bring those values forward.
